Rand Asia Sdn. Bhd. was established in year 1994, a Malaysian based company specialising in distribution of Computerised Embroidery Machineries, Computerised Embroidery Software, Direct-to-Garment Printers and textile related machineries and providing embroidery and printing solutions to everyone.
The company was founded by Mr. Harald Chia, a pioneer in the Computerised Embroidery and Garment Industry with more than 25 years of knowledge and experiences; together with his Bumiputra partners, namely, Encik Azhar Bin Bahari, Encik Mohd. Yusairi Bin Mat Yunus and Encik Ahmad Zaidi Bin Mohd. Nor; who are equipped with more than 18 years of hands-on experiences in the Computerised Embroidery and Garment Industry and a lady partner, Ms. Anna Chong, acting as the Finance Manager for the company.

Vocational training and workshops on computerised embroidery and digital printing for Koperasi Usahanita Perak, Institute Kemahiran Mara (IKM), Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara (IKBN), Giat-Mara and Agency Antidadah Kebangsaan (AADK) are the latest continuance of CRS project by the company. Through the collaboration with Singer (M) Sdn.Bhd., the company has manage to expand and share its knowledge to the rural areas in Malaysia and creating chances for the people to make a living.
